I’m going to be honest.

I’m going to wear you down.

Not with sales.

Not with urgency.

Not with noise.

But by showing up.

Because I love this.

I fu***ng love this.

I love the craft.

I love the psychology.

I love the conversations.

I love challenging your beliefs.

I love pushing you.

I love it when you stop and say, “Yeah… you’re right.”
I love when the penny drops.

Any personal trainer can sell fitness.
Very few are willing to stay long enough to understand people.

So I’ll keep showing up.

Email after email.

Conversation after conversation.
Baby or not.

Injury or not.
Illness or not.
Busy or not.

I’m here for it.

And one day, the people who need us will think:
“Ok fine.”
And when that happens — we’ll be ready.

How can you build more consistency with your training?

Tracking metrics that matter to you!

Want to turn up to the gym more? track how many times you do per week and month to see where you’re not going.

Want to be more consistent with your nutrition? track how many plant points you eat per day or over a week.

Want to improve your strength? Track how much you lifted and how many times you lifted it.

You can the see the needle move, giving you more motivation and the ability to zoom out and see how consistent you really are.

Gym 2 times a week is great.
Lifting a little more every so often is amazing.
Being 1% more consistent with your conscious eating builds over time.

Nervous about returning to the gym?

The first time we do something always takes longer than the second.

It comes back so much quicker than you think, be patient, understand that this is part of the journey back.

But next thing you know youll be right back to where you were ❤️

Guess who has to slow down!

!

I have over done it this week, I havnt done anything wrong, im not hurt, iv just tried to do too much so soon and my body is feeling the effects.

So I need to slow down a little so you may not see much from me this week but just know its because if we have a focus other things will have to be put down for now 😎
