2 New Chair Yoga Classes with Kate Banks starting this week 14th June, both classes running every Friday at:

10am till 11am plus tea and biscuits after @ Wells Hall Old School, Great Cornard CO10 ONH

1.15 till 2.30 @ Long Melford Old School C010 9DX in association with www.longmelfordyoga.co.uk

£9 per class or 4 classes for £34

Suitable for all abilities and those with mobility issues who may find getting up and down in a traditional class a challenge. We will use the chair as a prop to assist our practice. There will be a warm up, gentle stretches and poses combining breath work that build strength and flexibility. Finishing with relaxation and meditation at the end.

Yoga Mon Evening class 7.30 till 9pm at
All Saints Church Hall.

Price £8.50 per session for block payments or £10 pay as you go. All ages and abilities welcome at our friendly groups.
