MOBILITY - A movement class that develops maximum body control and mobility; designed to help you move further, stronger, deeper, with more grace and purpose by applying the principles of strength training throughout your full range of movement. Improve your movement potential and build stronger, more resilient joints.
PREGNANCY YOGA - Find inner stillness and prepare your body and mind for birth in a small and relaxing group. Nadia’s classes are gentle and slow-paced, offering a unique yogic approach by combining meditation, breathwork, and pregnancy specific stretches and poses to support your pregnancy and birth journey.
ANIMAL FLOW - A ground-based, bodyweight movement system designed to improve a range of skills including speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and stability, but can also serve as meditation. Get back in touch with your most natural, animal self to build strength from within.
YIN YOGA - A practise to come and meet yourself on a journey of stillness. A space to balance the Yang busyness of daily life, the practice allows you to connect with your physical, emotional and energetic self as poses are held for prolonged periods (up to five minutes) to work deeply with the body’s connective tissues.
All classes are 60 minutes and £12.50 per class
