Angel has seen first-hand how families can struggle when there’s no plan in place — the stress, the uncertainty, and the pressure to make decisions quickly without the right information. 1 Oak Home 4 Life was built from that understanding — to give people the chance to plan ahead, stay in control, and avoid crisis-led decisions.

Rhiannon brings over 10 years of experience across the social care sector, with a deep understanding of what truly happens behind the scenes. From domiciliary care to complex care, safeguarding, and service development, she has worked closely with individuals and families at every stage of their journey.

She has seen the gaps, the moments where people feel lost, and the times where better planning could have completely changed the outcome. Rhiannon is passionate about supporting people to feel informed, prepared, and confident in their choices — ensuring that care is always person-led, not reactive.

Her approach is simple: build relationships, be honest, and always put people first.

Together, Angel and Rhiannon created 1 Oak Home 4 Life to bridge the gap between care and planning — offering something that goes beyond traditional services.

We are looking for an experienced caring and dedicated person to join our wonderful team as a Bank Support Worker.
The hours will be between 9.30-3.30pm Monday-Friday. The shifts are 4hours long.
