At Realise Futures, we’re more than just a Social Enterprise – we’re about people. Our mission is to enhance the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled through our seven RF Works Social Businesses across Suffolk & Norfolk.

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Coach to join our RF Works team, supporting therapeutic, work-based, and life-skills activities for disabled and/or disadvantaged individuals who face barriers to meaningful employment and social engagement. This role also involves supervising RF Works Coaches, overseeing wellbeing and commercial operations, and ensuring compliance with company and commissioner standards.

Thanks so much to Simply C Photography for kindly ordering and picking up your hedgehog house and bird box from our head office.

Realise Futures Nowton Park Nursery make lovely hedgehog homes from reclaimed wood that has been donated to them by local businesses, and Realise Futures Eco Furniture have used offcuts of recycled eco plastic from their furniture business to make one of their popular bird boxes.

It's Sign Language Week here in the UK (18th-24th March)!👐 The theme this year is "Promoting BSL and ISL" and that's certainly what's been happening at Nowton Park Nursery 🤩

Yvette, one of the RF Works Coaches at Nowton, has been teaching her colleagues all about Deaf culture, Deaf awareness and British Sign Language since she started in her role several months ago. This has had such a positive impact on communication between herself and her colleagues, as well as improving the accessibility of our services to the team members we support✨

Yesterday we celebrated the retirement of Polly, one of the Senior Coaches at Nowton! She's worked here for over 8 years and made a big impact on everyone she's supported and worked with during that time.
