Believe and achieve is a care and support service, that offers a personalised service to support independent living in the community. We also offer a home cooked meal delivery service.
Our team has combined experience of social care, registered management and hospital settings. As a team we provide a flexible service which promotes routine and consistency.
We support mental health, dementia, older people and clients with learning disabilities. The bespoke service ensures the needs of the client is met through a range of activities including but not limited to housework, attending appointments, shopping, exercise, creativity, leisure and cooking.
