The fourth wellness session that we provide at Mynd is our Walking Meditation practices.🚢

Walking meditation is an amazing way to exercise both the mind and the body. During a walking meditation we slow down to notice the sounds, smells and sights around us.

We also bring our main focus to the sensation of our feet on the ground. Like the other mindfulness practices we notice when the mind has wandered off into thinking to then bring our attention back to the feet. This is a brilliant practice to calm the mind and to feel more connected to the body.

The first one we provide is Mindful Breathing 🧘

During this practice the intention is to focus on the natural flow of the breath in the stomach area. When the mind wanders off into thinking during the practice we can gently bring our focus back to the breath helping us to be present and allowing us to feel calmer and happier.
