🔷 Blue Badge holders – register your Blue Badge to allow seamless entry and exit at West Suffolk Hospital 🚗

West Suffolk Hospital will be moving to a barrierless car parking system from Monday, 26 January 2026.

Having received feedback from our patients and visitors, we have worked with our new car parking provider, UK CPM, to put in place a more convenient process for Blue Badge holders on the West Suffolk Hospital site.

Should Blue Badge holders wish, they can register their Blue Badge details with UK CPM, which will enable seamless entry and exit to the West Suffolk Hospital site. This means you will not need to remove your Blue Badge and scan this at a car parking payment machine.

To register your Blue Badge with UK CPM, you will need to:
1️⃣ Email westsuffolknhsft@uk-cpm.com
2️⃣ Include the name of the Blue Badge holder, the vehicle registration, the expiry date, and a picture of the blue badge
3️⃣ UK CPM will register your details and you can enter and exit the site seamlessly

If your registration has not been processed before Monday, 26 January, you will still need to scan the QR code on the back of your Blue Badge at one of the car parking payment machines.

When your Blue Badge expires, you will need to contact UK CPM to provide them with your new badge’s details.
