I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and new year! 🎄
As always I'm going to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their endless support over the last year, and many years!
This year was an unsteady one with the arrival of baby Coops and I'm so thankful for my lovely patients, who were so chilled when waiting for me to come back or when I have to move appointments for the kiddies 🥰
Heres to a full year of working in 2026, with no more maternity leave 🤣
Heres to a happy and healthy 2026, but if you find yourself in pain you know where to come 🤣

Very small price increase is effective after I return from maternity leave. Increase is due to rising costs of everything, these prices are still very very competitive,I continue to keep prices low to make treatment accessible for everyone 😊

We have been radio silent as we have had an unexpected stay in neonatal with Coop, we are currently still here but he is so much better, snd we hope to be home really soon, 🫶🏼 our perfect little angel 🤍

Full body maintenance massages are also a good way to keep the body in good health. benefits of a sports massage include; - Relieving muscle pain - Gaining knowledge on exercises - Release 'knotted' muscles - Releasing tension from the neck and shoulders - Relaxing tissues - Pre event massages - Post event massages Prices:

£45 for each appointment. 1 hour 20 minutes for the initial consultation, 40 minutes for each subsequent appointment.
