When Paul said he wanted to travel again, to see new places, feel the buzz of the world beyond his front door, his care plan changed. Working with social services, we added a monthly full-day support block dedicated to outings and community-based activities.
One of his first trips?
A visit to the Imperial War Museum Duxford. Just imagine the joy of standing among aircraft displays and feeling that spark of wonder again.
