We are really pleased to be able to offer Michael Peachey a Sports Massage Voucher as part of his upcoming fundraising event, raising money for a charity place in the London Marathon.

He is a local runner training for this year's London marathon in aid of VICTA, a charity empowering children and young adults who are blind or partially sighted. VICTA helps change that by building confidence, creating opportunities, and giving brighter futures.

He has organised a music night involving 3 bands on February 13th at Greene King social club.

We wish him all the best with the fundraiser, the marathon training and race day!

A lovely sunny January morning with 6 of us walking, jogging and sliding around the Bury St Edmunds at Nowton park!

Sam was welcomed back after completing her treatments and completed both loops with her son Logan 💪

Newcomer Rachel has completed treatment and was returning to outdoor jogging, but decided walking was a little safer with the mud!

David is off to perform in a panto near Ipswich this afternoon to play Granny....break a leg (but not literally, please!)

Fingers crossed for less boggy conditions in Feb 😎

Lovely coffee and chat at afterwards

See you in Feb 👌
