All are produced in-house by our operations team on a state of the art, laser engraver. This gives us the freedom to personalise these for our families with any text or image.

To help, our friends St Mary's Bury St Edmunds are holding an End of Life Matters information evening, and Armstrongs Independent Family Funeral Service will be presenting a seminar alongside medical professionals, and legal experts.

At Armstrongs, our service doesn't stop once the funeral has taken place. As part of our beareavement support programme, we also offer SaifCare. This is available to anyone, no matter which funeral director was used.

It has been created by the bereavement experts at GriefChat® and connects you via chat directly with a specially trained bereavement counsellor. SAIF Care Chat counselors are experienced in supporting bereaved people and will listen to your story, explore how your grief is affecting you and help you to find any additional support you might need. SAIF Care Chat is a completely free service and is available Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm.

There is also the option for referral into *counselling by telephone, we**am or face to face in your local area by our skilled and qualified bereavement counsellors.
