We had a day out in London yesterday. The main reason for going was to visit to see the armour from the film

Why the interest? Well my hubby was an armourer for many many years (he’s retired now and he’s a psychotherapist). Over those years he made armour for and several films and TV programs. He wasn’t directly involved with but there is a connection: the helmet worn by Richard III in the film was made by my husband! It belongs to who loaned the helmet for use in the film. But, my husbands clever hands shaped, formed, planished and polished the gorgeous creation.

Can you tell I’m super proud of his skill?!

Understandably, only those directly involved in producing armour and costuming for the film are credited (mind you, hubby was once directly involved in a major feature film years back which he never got credited for - so direct involvement doesn’t always mean credits!)

So I’m giving him credit here 😍
