So many people give up at health and fitness not because they lack discipline, but because they’re following an approach that was never designed for them.

Before changing anything, ask yourself:
Do I enjoy meal prepping?
Do I enjoy cooking?

And if the answer is no - that’s not a flaw.

It’s also important to remember that everyone’s situation is different.
Work hours, shift patterns, long days, mental load, feeding kids or a family - all of this matters.
What’s “easy” or “realistic” for one person might be impossible for another.

Some people thrive on meal prep and structure.
Some love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.
Others need convenience and simplicity to stay consistent.

None of these are wrong.

A balanced plate doesn’t have to be complicated:
✔️ Protein
✔️ Veg
✔️ Carbs + fats

Simple. Balanced. Repeatable.

Every approach works - if it works for you.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s finding something that fits your life and lets consistency happen.
