Hi, I have set up this page specifically for people interested in or curious about healing. Please shake to activate before use.

I offer 1:1 sessions in reiki or gong/sound healing, I also remote healing and reiki attunements. These products are made with natural preservatives so the fluid may look milky rather than clear. Cautions:
Keep out of reach of children,
Store in a cool dark place,
Do not ingest
Do not spray directly onto skin
If any reactions, please consult a medical practitioner

Hi All,

Well, after taking a month away from the pavillion, im back this Wednesday at 7.30pm.

The weather is turning.so dont forgot to bring something cosy to wrap yourself up in, as well as having a comfortable mat or three 😉 to lay on and allow yourself to lay back and relax and listen to the sounds of the gongs as they wash over you, emptying you of any density and filling you back up with light.

Im so excited to be starting this new adventure with Carly at her lovely studio. I will be running a small TRE class once a month at the studio starting from Friday the 5th of September from 6 pm till 7 pm. As well as a small gong bath which starts at 7.30 pm

All of the details can be found on my website. (Link in bio) You can book TRE via the services and classes section. Just remember to scroll right down to the bottom of the page to find it. And the gong bath you can find in the events.

Spaces have already started to go for them, so book on if you fancy giving it a go. They are lovely small groups, so they are great if you dont like large groups.

Thanks to everyone who showed up to the cacao and gong sessions, I really enjoyed my time with you all. 😁 I hope you all got something something from them. 💚

GONG BATH AT RATTLESDEN PAVILLION THIS WEDNESDAY

Hi All,

The full moon is tomorrow, and we will be using this energy in the gong bath on Wednesday,

The moon is really useful to reflect the shadows that we hold inside, and we can use this energy to learn more about them and transform them.

I invite you to take notice of any recurring thoughts/emotions or beliefs that occur over the next few days and allow the magic of the gong to help release them, enabeling more of your own authentic light to return back to you.

So.... I arrived home from work today to a package with no name but my address... I opened it up to see this 👆👇 lovely gift inside. I have no idea who sent it, or if I even ordered it myself and can't remember 🤔, (which is a slight worry if that's the case 🤣.. )

But I just wanted to say Thank You, to whoever it was, and hopefully, it wasn't a mistake, as I'll be opening it soon to have a taste 🤣🤣. Xx

Listening to the birds and drinking cacao is a great way to start the day. It gives me the opportunity to be still and just enjoy... so on that note, I'm off to drink and have a moment to myself.
