We kicked off the day with a 40-minute run or walk, followed by a free hot drink, a good chat, donations to , and an inspiring talk from Anita.

JOIN US TOMORROW AT 9AM👟

📍Moreton Hall Health Club, meet at the tennis courts at at 9am

🗺️We will do a group warmup and then head out for our run/walk for 40 minutes in total (20 minutes out, then turn around and come back for 20 minutes). This means you can walk, run, do whatever pace you like & we will all end up back at the club at the same time 🥳

☕️When we’re back at the club, you’ll get a free coffee, Anita will give a 10 minute talk on mental health & we will ask if you’d like to make a donation to Movember.

👨🏻Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. They take on 3 of the biggest issues facing men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and su***de.

Our 6 Week Challenge is a launchpad for your health & fitness journey!

It sounds cheesy, but it’s honestly hard to describe it in words. The group dynamic that the team create - the support and motivation each 6 Week Challenge members give one another, the focus on mental and physical fitness throughout the challenge (thank you to our mental fitness expert, Anita!), the confidence built and technique learnt in the gym & the constant support from our incredible trainers, makes the 6 weeks transformative.

Well done to all our amazing challengers who have given it their all the past 6 Weeks & have made so many positive changes. We are so proud of you - see you in the gym this week 🫶🏼

What an amazing day at the conference! 🙌🏼

Kate even came home with a beanie after getting a hole in one on the golf game with 🥳⛳️

One of our favourite parts of the day was the stage, where delivered a fascinating talk on longevity—not just living longer, but living better. He reminded us why our trainers and our Health Club matter so much: the fitness industry is one of the few industries working to keep you well before you become unwell.

Our trainers are here to support you with the fundamentals of sleep, nutrition, recovery, mindset and training. Physical health is social, emotional and physical wellbeing—not just the absence of illness. That’s why we pour so much energy into creating an uplifting community: morning coffees, social events, Bury’s Fittest, 50+ weekly classes, and our 6 Week Challenge which blends physical and mental fitness.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing simple, actionable basics you can use to improve your sleep, diet, stress, mindset & training… keep your eyes peeled 👀

We also loved the inspiring session with on the importance of team culture and how it directly impacts you, our members. Our favourite takeaway? MAKE THEIR DAY 🌞

When you walk through our doors, we want to connect with you, cheer you on, deliver classes that help you feel amazing, and hand you your favourite coffee with a smile. We’re here to make your day—every day🫶🏼
