What an amazing day at the conference! 🙌🏼
Kate even came home with a beanie after getting a hole in one on the golf game with 🥳⛳️
One of our favourite parts of the day was the stage, where delivered a fascinating talk on longevity—not just living longer, but living better. He reminded us why our trainers and our Health Club matter so much: the fitness industry is one of the few industries working to keep you well before you become unwell.
Our trainers are here to support you with the fundamentals of sleep, nutrition, recovery, mindset and training. Physical health is social, emotional and physical wellbeing—not just the absence of illness. That’s why we pour so much energy into creating an uplifting community: morning coffees, social events, Bury’s Fittest, 50+ weekly classes, and our 6 Week Challenge which blends physical and mental fitness.
