It’s time to unwind and do some active recovery. When we train hard we must RECOVER hard. Josh will focus on deep breathing to calm your nervous system & stretches that have you feeling mobile and push your flexibility. Carving out time to recover on your own can be tough, it can slip down our list of priorities, despite it being essential for our health & wellbeing. Take time for yourself, book on & stay accountable with this class 🧘🏾
