Norfolk Counsellor: Returning to Thetford in August 2025
I'm delighted to share that as of **18 August 2025**, Norfolk Counsellor Counselling & Supervision Services will be relocating back to Thetford, where I first began my counselling journey in 2011.
I will be based at the **Riversdale Centre**, providing **day and evening sessions** in a welcoming and accessible environment.
Why Thetford Matters
This move feels like coming home. It's the place where I launched my practice and nurtured my passion for helping clients grow. Returning now, with over a decade of experience, I'm excited to offer deeper support and renewed energy in a space that always felt meaningful.
What I Provide
* **Individual counselling & psychotherapy** for adults
* **Clinical supervision & consultancy** tailored to trainee and qualified therapists, and professionals seeking guidance.
I offer sessions at £60 for therapy * concessions for low incomes
and £70 (1.5 hours) for supervision, with *concessions available for trainees.
How I Work: Tailored, Creative, Lifelong Impact
I practice **integrative therapy**, blending approaches such as:
* Creative art therapy and play
* Grief work, Transactional Analysis, and Polyvagal Theory
* Techniques drawn from dream work, unconscious play, NLP, and more.
This allows me to offer therapy that’s **bespoke** to each individual. I use creative and experiential tools—like metaphor, art, and embodied practices—so that you develop not only insight, but **lifelong skills** you can carry beyond our sessions.
My style is warm, nurturing, and rooted in partnership. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey of self-awareness, growth, and transformation.
