A very enjoyable day with the staff at Trinity Academy Leeds who undertook the combined Emergency First Aid at Work course and Emergency Paediatric First Aid course at level 3.

Today we learned how to provide emergency first aid to staff, students and visitors including the safe use of an AED 🩺

Onsite blended Paediatric First Aid course Happy Days Childcare today we learned a range of hands on skills to keep children safe at school including CPR, bandaging, use of Adrenaline Auto Injectors and more, a very enjoyable day and thank you for your continued support 😀

Update on rescue breaths from 1st November 2022, during training this will be reintroduced following national guidance, as such learners will need to demonstrate this during assessment to gain the awards-for more information please see the link below

From the 1st November 2022 following changes supported by clinical evidence, the teaching of rescue breaths and assessment of rescue breaths has been reintroduced, as such learners must demonstrate and pass this assessment in order to gain the award for further inoformation please click here
