Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit us here at Cheds. My name is Aaron Nolan and I am the founder of the company Cheds CBD Oils.
I decided to start Cheds Oils as I have been using CBD for a while myself and have found it works wonders in helping me. I have researched CBD in great depth and found that it is quite the miracle plant. Research from around the world has shown that it can help with a lot of troubles we have as humans. There’s so much great information on the internet about this amazing plant so please check it out for yourself. Project CBD is a fantastic site for all things CBD.
So anyway, I thought as it’s helped me out so much and I’ve seen so many positives with friends and family, it was time to set up a website to make it more available to the public, so you, the consumer, can make your own mind up about CBD.
We are a small but steadily growing, dedicated team who are passionate about both CBD and helping people. We are a People before Profit company and will always provide you with top quality CBD products at very reasonable prices. We will always offer samples as we believe that people should be able to try before they buy.
Where does our CBD come from?
Here at Cheds we use organic whole plant extracts imported from reputable companies in Europe and the UK to make a wide range of our own products. The plants are grown organically and the oils are extracted via CO2 critical extraction. All extracts contain high levels of CBD as well as other vital cannabinoids, terpenes and terpenoids. Also present are omega 3, 6 and 9 amino and fatty acids.
All extractions are then tested by a third party so we get the exact content of the cannabinoids and terpenes. All our lab test reports can be found on our web site. We use only organic ingredients in our products
Here’s a bit about CBD or Cannabidiol.
CDB is one of the most prevalent chemical compounds in the cannabis plant and represents 40% of all cannabis extracts. It is the second most abundant of at least 113 chemicals known as cannabinoids. Unlike the more famous molecule Tetrahydrocannabinol i.e. THC, CBD is completely non-psychoactive. CBD will not get you high! The cannabis plant is filled with healthy nutrients and cannabinoids that all play a vital part in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Everybody has an endocannabinoid system which directly interacts with the compounds in cannabis to promote wellbeing. All Cannabinoids, including CBD, activate certain receptors in our endocannabinoid system to produce their effects. We produce cannabinoids ourselves – endocannabinoids. We have 2 main receptors in our bodies - Cb1 and Cb2. Cb1 receptors are mainly in the brain and deal with coordination, movement, pain, emotions, thinking, appetite and memories, amongst others. Cb2 receptors are more common in the stomach and immune system. They have an effect on inflammation and pain. CBD encourages the body to use more of its own natural endocannabinoids.
