Returned from holiday for us to share some time together , we had Chair Yoga and meditation to start our day, coffee and cake time and after lunch we watched Extraordinary Portraits a really powerful 30 minutes, we then followed with Anthony’s film choice Bill Nighy Living, including ice cream cornets.

Knitting started out week last week on Monday Afternoon, we are making blankets for WSH, thank you Debbie for your time and guidance. Tuesday was Antiques Roadshow Day watching an episode with Chris Oakes a treasure from the history of Nowton, the item was from his 5 times great grandfather that he will bring along Wednesday afternoon. A great history afternoon learning about the heritage of our Assisted Living home, going back as far as 1786 , so many items like wine bottles, buttons such an awesome journey to follow.

Tuesday bought Emma and Serena to play classical piano, enjoyed by all. We started with Irish for St Patricks day, onto Scotland , USA, England a truly spectacular afternoon.

A meet up around the table to discuss a knitting project for WSH followed by Scrabble. Tuesday sees the return of the Ukelele band, a really great afternoon with Chocolate Brownie. This weeks film choice was Christine and she chose The King and I. Really enjoyable afternoon.
