During Stress Awareness Month, it’s important to also think about the people we love who may be experiencing stress in later life.

For older adults, stress often shows in subtle ways - changes in mood, sleep, behaviour, or confidence - and can be triggered by things like changes in routine, environment, or health.

Small, consistent things can really help. Familiar routines, calm communication, and regular connection can make a big difference to how someone feels day to day.

At Suffolk Serenity Living, our qualified care teams are there to support residents with this every day, helping to create a calm and reassuring environment where people feel safe and cared for.

Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference? We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our team on night shifts.

Shift Pattern:
Weekdays and alternate weekends
18:45 – 07:00

What we’re looking for:

Kind, reliable and committed individuals
Previous experience is preferred, however full training can be provided
A genuine passion for supporting others
Important:
Due to our rural location, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as there are no local public transport links.

We are unable to offer sponsorship
We do not offer 20-hour contracts
