It's Fall Awareness Week next week so Prestwich & Whitefield Primary Care Network are starting early with a Falls Awareness course with Lorraine at North Manchester Fitness! They will also be having freshly baked pizzas made using things they have been growing in their community garden!

Everyone is welcome to get involved with the fabulous activities supporting people living with dementia and their friends and family! And what a fabulous relaxation tip, we'll be trying this!
