Unfortunately due to ever growing running costs, from 1st March 2023, I will have to increase my prices. This will be £2 per treatment.
I have fought to avoid increasing prices for several months now but I simply am unable to keep operating at the current rate.

💚 Fab Friday💚
We’ve made it all the way to the 3rd Friday in January and there’s only 1 more to go🥂
This week has felt like a long one and I must admit that I felt the affects of so called Blue Monday.
It has definitely lifted my spirits to see the beautiful sunshine we have this morning and this gives me hope that spring will be with us before we know it🤍

Last week, I vowed to take better care of my skin. I did manage a bit more care than previous weeks but I still feel that this an area that needs time to become routine rather than a chore. I can see a difference though and this a great motivator to continue.

I am very blessed this coming week to be spending 2 nights in a spa hotel to celebrate one of my friends special birthdays. I’m having a day off work in order to relax and celebrate. Therefore, my goal for the week ahead is to remain mindful and present throughout the experience and enjoy every single moment. To slow down and appreciate my surroundings, the company, the delicious food and the time out 💚

💚Fab Friday💚
It’s Friday again and it seems to have come around so quickly!
The wind is howling this morning which makes my treatment room feel even more cosy💚 I don’t think we will put our signs out though 💨🌬️

I was very well behaved last week and followed up on what I intended to do. I posted on Facebook and took time to just be with my thoughts. I can give myself a good pat on the back this week😊

So, on to next week I have several very boring goals around exercise and healthy eating but my big goal is to take better care of my skin. I’m guilty of hopping in the shower, having a wash and quickly getting dressed and going!
This week, I want to work on taking time to dry brush my skin, cleanse and moisturise it properly.
The skin is the largest organ in the body and often we neglect it due to a lack of time⌚️
I love to give facials to my clients but rarely make time to treat myself. I intend to make an appointment for a facial to enjoy all those lovely benefits 🧘🏽
