Say hello to Greg, a triathlete from Bury who has a deep passion for cycling, rooted in his love for triathlons.

Surrounded by challenging terrains like Holme Moss and Cragg Vale, he has conquered numerous triathlons, including Ironman UK. His memorable rides include the Tour of the Pennines and the iconic Estepona to Ronda route. Greg's dedication to cycling not only fuels his competitive spirit but also serves as a vital escape from the everyday.

Greg has a passion for cycling, triathlons, and sports in general. For him, cycling offers a much-needed release from everyday life, fuelling his enthusiasm and drive!

YOUTH PROGRAMME - Launching 2024 - Sport Specific S&C for 11 (yr 7) -15 year olds.

The programme will be focusing on sports which require multi directional movement along with acceleration and deceleration such as Football, Rugby, Netball/Basketball and Cricket.

I know a lot of kids are striving to get into academies or development squads and the specificty of their chosen sport is simply not enough if they are looking to stand out.

Our programme will safely and progressively help them build their speed, power, strength, stability, proprioception and agility over an 8 week programme.

Our initial group will be a maximum of 8 children to ensure they all get the coaching and attention they need.

I have a full and enhanced DBS and insurance to work with under 16s. All sessions will be held in my private strength & conditioning gym based in Tottington.
