We all apologise for crying in front of another person or feel emotions including guilt, shame even embarrassment even when we cry in private. Don’t let your mind rule your emotional release. It’s part of letting go. It’s actually a good thing to do 🌺
Today is the full blood moon, energy is high, new beginnings are here. So let go any which way your supposed to 💞 Release the old and embrace the new 🙏

It’s important to feel your feelings. It’s ok to cry. It’s ok to be angry, or sad, or confused, or hurt, or relieved… or however else you may be feeling. Acknowledge your feelings, your pain and your discomfort so that you can start to build again 🙏

Another tool in the toolkit. Yesterday I completed 60hrs Breath work course. Sometimes we don’t realise the full potential of our breath, it’s the sense we cannot live without, it’s the first thing we do as we enter this world and the very last thing we leave behind. So it’s the most important thing on our to do list. If you want to be guided then in the not too distant future this is something I will be offering. 🙏🌺

Today as part of my assessment I delivered my first breath work session. Growth is so uncomfortable but the beauty is you will never be the same again. Thank you to the beautiful souls who held this space with me today. 🙏
