Heyyyy all!!!
We have been a little quiet on here recently as we have been busy with recruiting staff and completing training as well as lots of fun support with our service users! ❤️

We have now recruited, however we have decided to look for one more staff member to join our team part time!

Browfield is a mental health residential home with 13 wonderful service users. We are looking for someone who loves to make a difference to peoples lives and would help them to live as independent as they can! We often get asked is it a tough job, and the answer to this is yes, it can be, but what I will say is you will laugh, smile, feel proud and leave the home after your shift knowing you made a difference!

We laugh ALOT and the staff are supportive and offer lots of training and advice! We run a relaxed ship and the managers not too bad 😂😉
