As Christmas approaches, I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who’s been part of Ripples this year. Whether you came for a treatment, joined a NADA Reset, or supported me personally, it’s genuinely appreciated so much.

Ripples was created with the belief that healing doesn’t stop with one person. When someone heals or feels a little more balanced, that 'groundedness' naturally ripples out into their families, friendships, and wider community. Seeing that vision come into reality has been really special.
