As a fully qualified Hypnobirthing Instructor and Mama to three children I will guide and prepare you for all eventualities of birth, I love running these circles as I get to hear all about your journey so far and your individual birth preferences as you transform from Woman to Mother.

I started hypnobirthing from my parents living room four years ago, then my living room in our ex council 2 bedroom home, while the children slept upstairs.

We then moved and I held space in our run down living room before the renovation, then eventually moved to the cabin.

The Healing Nook. 🛖✨
