What a fantastic day at the Bury Police - GMP Community Day. We met loads of you and we spread the word. Remember to drop clothes off at the Robert Peel and scan those QR codes so we can raise more money for more Community Accessible Defibrillators!

What an amazing night was had on Thursday, hosted by a brilliant host Jo and the Sir Robert Peel Sunnybank, raising an amazing £93.60 towards the defibrillator fund.

A big thanks to everyone that joined in the fun and games, we look forward to seeing you again very soon, like very soon,

So what does CPR look like?

1) cut/remove any clothes or bras from the patient (scissors provided in all our packs)
2) shave off any hair (shaver provided too!)
3) start cpr

To help with training, we need Bras, T-shirts, shirts, tops, anything you have!

This will then go onto our Vinted. All proceeds going into the pot to provide another Defibrillator in our community.

DEFIB UPDATE for WHITEFIELD and Elms Estate.

Your next community p***c accessible defibrillator, CPAD has been fitted at Elmhurst Short Stay Service , Whalley Road, Whitefield, M45 8WZ and will be live and accessible in a few days.

In collaboration with GMP we have been able to install another defibrillator available to you, the public to be accessed 24 hrs a day.

Thank you Elmshurst Short Stay Service for hosting the CPAD, supporting the local community.

Also we would like say a big thank you again to Outwood Electrical, for their continued support with the fitting of the CPAD’s, you are a great help and a credit to have you in our community.🙏🏻

Your next community p***c accessible defibrillator, CPAD has been fitted at Bright Starts Day Nursery, 8 Moss Lane, Whitefield, M45 8DY and will be live and accessible in a couple of days.

With the kind donations and contributions from you, the local community and our local businesses, we have been able to purchase and install another defibrillator available to you, the public to be accessed 24 hrs a day.

Thank you Bright Starts Day Nursery for hosting the CPAD, supporting the community and local businesses.

Also we would like say a big thank you to, Outwood Electrical, for their continued support with the fitting of the CPAD’s, you are a great help and a credit to have you in our community, it’s very much appreciated 🙏🏻.

Along with the purchase and fitting, we have been able to provide an 8 year maintenance plan, covering replacement batteries, pads and insurance, so the community is covered until 2033.
