New midweek class ✨️
Pink Full Moon Sound Bath 🌕

Join us on Wednesday for a midweek pause to reset, recharge and take a moment for yourself.

Under the energy of the Pink Full Moon, we’ll take time to slow everything down, create space to let go and allow your nervous system to settle 🩷

You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing immersive sound journey with crystal bowls, gong and angelic layers of sound, helping you to quiet your mind and settle into a blissful state.

Gentle Reiki energy healing will also be offered during the session, amplifying the relaxation and balance as you rest.

Nothing to do. Nowhere to be.
Just space to let go and receive.

Beginners are always welcome and no experience needed 🤗

Sunday Slowdown this weekend 🤍

A gentle pause at the end of the week.
90 minutes to switch off, recharge, and reset your whole system.
I’ll guide you through a deeply relaxing sound journey with crystal bowls, gong and subtle layers of sound to help you fully let go.

There will also be Angelic Reiki offered during the session, supporting a deeper sense of calm and balance as you rest.

We’re looking forward to welcoming Gina back to the studio to share another Psychic Night with you on Friday 17th April 🫂🪽✨️

The feedback from the last two sessions has been incredible, and it’s been amazing to witness what has come through, the love, the messages, the connection, the happy tears and the laughter. Moments that stay with you.

Each ticket includes some delicious light refreshments and entry into a complimentary raffle on the night, with prizes such as a mini 1-to-1 sitting with Gina, a 1-to-1 energy or crystal healing session with Charley Rose, sound bath sessions with me, or a crystal gift bag x

A couple of pictures from last night’s dreamy floating sound bath 🌊✨

Floating on the water while the sound moves through the space creates such a unique experience. With eye masks on and the body supported by the water, it becomes a deeply immersive sensory experience where the mind can drift and the body settles into rest as the vibrations travel across the surface of the pool. It was a powerful and deeply relaxing session, and it was lovely to welcome several people experiencing their very first sound bath as well.

A big thank you to Chantelle, Kat and Mikey for helping bring the evening together and holding such a beautiful space.

And thank you to everyone who came and shared the water with us.

We’re back again on Friday 10th April 🌊✨

Join us this Sunday for a gentle afternoon of sound, rest and connection, with Sound and Energy Healing.

This Mother’s Day session is a chance to pause, reset and share a peaceful space together. Come with your mum, bring someone you love, or simply take the time for yourself.

I will guide you on a gentle immersive journey of sound whilst you receive rebalancing energy healing.

We will also light a candle and hold a quiet moment to honour mothers here with us and those we hold in our hearts 💕

Beginners and non swimmers more than welcome 😊

What to Bring?
Bring your own blankets, pillows, and an eye mask for a deeper journey. *Some eye masks and blankets are provided.

This is a dry session, so no need to worry about getting wet and we recommend wearing warm comfortable clothing.

Hello beautiful people! We have some lovely sessions coming up this month, offering a chance to pause and take a little time for yourself.

There’s a lot moving through the world lately. If you’ve been feeling the weight of it, you’re not alone.

These sessions are a gentle invitation to lie down, soften the body, and allow the mind and nervous system to settle. A space to rest, reconnect, and be held in a calm and supportive atmosphere.

🌙 Sunday Slowdown
Just two sessions this month. A gentle space to settle and reset at the end of the week.

🌾 Healing at the Barn
A beautiful evening of sound and energy healing at the Old Hay Barn.

🌊 Floating Sound Bath
A few spaces remaining for this one. Always a special experience held on the water.
