The last 2 spaces for our Lion's Gate Portal Floating Soundbath this Friday 💛✨️🌊

I am looking forward to taking you all on a deep and blissful journey of sound and water, as we bathe in the energies of the Portal.

✨️The Lionsgate Portal peaks on 8/8 – which is known as a powerful time for manifestation and transformation, boosted by the building energy of the full moon which peaks the following day. It’s a cosmic opening to release what’s no longer needed, align with your true path, and welcome in one of the most significant energetic peaks of the year. Held by the water, let the sounds and our shared intention guide you through this powerful gateway.

✨️Beginners and non-swimmers are more than welcome ☺️ as this is a dry session, so no need to worry about getting wet. Please bring sliders or flip flops with you for your transition onto the beds, and we recommend wearing warm clothes like joggers/leggings and hoodies.

Please also bring blankets, pillows, and an eye mask for a deeper journey. *Some eye masks and blankets are provided.

It is centred around showing up authentically in life, recognising the power of our presence, and allowing ourselves to be seen as we are. Reiki & Soundbath – Full Buck Moon in Capricorn - with Jess 🌕✨️

Join us tomorrow for an evening to slow down, breathe deep, and tune into the steady, grounding energy of Capricorn’s full moon.

We'll begin with a guided meditation, followed by gentle Reiki to clear and settle the system, whilst receiving the calming vibrations of a crystal Soundbath to help you unwind, let go, and reconnect with yourself.

I want to say a huge Congratulations to this beautiful group of humans 😍 my first Class of ’25, who all completed their Sound Healing Practitioner Training with me last weekend. Can't believe it has been a week already since we were all together!

It was such an incredible two days – intense, emotional, and very inspiring. You each brought so much of yourselves into the space, and I feel honoured to have witnessed your growth. Watching you step into your confidence with curiosity and courage and then to share your own sound was magic.

And a massive thank you to Dan for assisting me over the weekend – your support, presence, and calm energy made such a difference! I’m so excited that you’ll be joining the team as a trainer for the Academy – it’s an honour to have you on this journey.

Thank you all for trusting me to guide you. I’m so proud of you and excited to see where your path leads from here.

I’ve been a trainer in various roles for over 25 years and a Sound Healer for the past 5, holding space for thousands of people. I have a unique way of sharing knowledge that’s clear, embodied, and heart-led. Many of my students have gone on to build beautiful practices of their own, sharing their light and sound in powerful ways.
