Join us tomorrow evening to end the week with a beautiful evening of immersive sound and energy ✨

A space to lie down, switch off, and reset.

Using gongs, bowls, drums, vocals and carefully layered soundscapes, we create an experience designed to help the nervous system settle and the body fully rest.

We are back next Wednesday for an extended gong bath with deep rhythmic drumming and live vocals by me, alongside energy healing from Charley, to take you on a journey through sound and energy.

This session is centred around softer, lighter frequencies using crystal bowls, gentle chimes, immersive soundscapes, Angelic energy healing, and ambient lighting to create a peaceful space to rest.

An evening to slow down, settle your nervous system, and simply be held by the sound.

Nothing to do, nowhere else to be. Just come and lie down in the sound and energy we create together.

This session is all about slowing down, switching off from the noise for a while, and giving yourself space to fully relax and reset.

Immersive sound, gentle Reiki healing, soft lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere designed to help the mind and body unwind.

Nothing to do, nowhere else to be. Just come and lie down in the sound and energy we create together.

Powerful session last night journeying through the storm ⚡️

I love creating different experiences foe you all to enjoy. Sometimes intensity is exactly what’s needed to help things shift and drop us into a deeper sense of grounding.

Thank you to everyone who came yesterday, and thank you as well for all the lovely birthday gifts 🤗

The power of the storm alongside the gentle energy healing from Charley and Aneta was such a beautiful combination.

It was lovely speaking with you all afterwards too.

We’ve got different themed sessions coming up each Wednesday over the next month, all completely different experiences. Nothing to do, nowhere else to be, just come and lie down in the sound and energy we create together.

The next Tropical Storm is Wednesday 3rd June ⚡️
Definitely one to experience if you feel called to try something a little different.

Tropical Storm, Angelic Soundbath, Gong, Drum & Voice, and Return to the Heart

Sunday Slowdowns continue in the evening
A chance to let go at the end of the week and settle the system

We’ve also got the Bank Holiday session on the 25th
plus Healing at The Barn later in the month 🌾

Floating Soundbath is now fully booked - See you all poolside ✨️🌊

If you’ve been meaning to come, this is a nice month to step in.
Beginners are always welcome, no experience needed.
