Our pelvic health specialist physio, Jo, joined an information morning hosted by to support and celebrate women’s health!

The session focused on the importance of strength training throughout a woman’s life, especially as hormones change. Alongside breathwork, a sound bath and goal-setting, Jo was there to talk about pelvic health physiotherapy and how it can help women stay active and confident in their training.

A great morning of women supporting women, sharing knowledge and empowering each other to live healthy, active lives.
