HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
We’re incredibly excited to officially announce our lead & guest speakers for the 2026 Running Workshop Series 🏃🏼♀️🔥
🔷 Nathan Mill - An experienced physiotherapist with an extensive background in elite sport, particularly professional rugby league, as well as years in private practice. Nathan will be sharing practical, evidence-based insights on injury prevention, load management, and keeping runners durable and performing at their best.
🔷 Ed Tooley - A specialist nutritionist with a wealth of experience consulting across elite sport environments. Ed will be breaking down performance nutrition for runners, covering fuelling strategies, recovery, race prep, and how to optimise nutrition without compromising performance.
🔷 Guest Speaker: Ben Akin - Professional triathlete and triathlon coach, bringing real-world experience from racing and coaching at a high level. Ben will provide valuable insights into endurance training, mindset, and translating elite principles into everyday performance.
