Matt brings over 15 years of talent acquisition expertise to Optimo, with a background spanning agency and in-house roles, including senior recruitment positions at Tuffnells Parcels and FullFibre.

In his new role, Matt will lead recruitment strategy across our domiciliary homecare division, while building Group-wide talent acquisition capability, ensuring we attract and onboard brilliant people who share our values.

He’s passionate about creating a smooth, positive candidate journey that reflects the heart of Optimo - person-centred, welcoming, and committed to quality.
