Over the years, I’ve created a hybrid experience by blending specialist techniques to get the best results possible ✅ (80% sports massage, 20% relaxation massage).

Doing this, means that each session is tailor made to each individual client, getting them on their way to being injury free (if that’s the goal), but also regulating the nervous system and creating relaxation within the body.

🚨Important Update for All Clients 🚨

From the 17th March, I will be requiring a 50% deposit upon booking.

This is to ensure that I can reserve your spot and provide you with the best possible service. As my diary is now busier than ever, this helps me to manage time and make sure that everyone gets the treatment they deserve.

Here’s how it works;
1️⃣ A 50% deposit is required when booking.
2️⃣ The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
3️⃣ Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if you need to reschedule (with at least 24 hours notice).
