Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
100g dark chocolate (70%+ cocoa)
100g strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
Small handful almonds (whole or chopped)

👩‍🍳Method
Melt the dark chocolate gently (in a pan over a low/medium heat or
microwave).
Pour onto baking paper and spread into a thin layer.
Top with strawberries, kiwi, and almonds.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
Break into pieces and serve.

This one-tray chicken and vegetable recipe takes the stress out of dinner. It's quick, supports sustainable weight loss and provides stable energy.

🍗Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 chicken legs
1 large sweet potato, chopped
1–2 bell peppers, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1–2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper

Optional: paprika, garlic powder, herbs

Method
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan).
Place chicken and vegetables on a baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil and season well.
Toss vegetables to coat evenly.
Roast for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables
are tender.

🫘Salmon, Beans & Avocado Plate

Ingredients (Serves 1)

1–1.5 salmon fillets (150g)
100g cherry tomatoes, halved
100g red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
½ avocado, sliced
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Optional: fresh lemon juice

🧑‍🍳Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan).
Place the salmon fillet(s) and cherry tomatoes on a baking tray.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes
easily with a fork.
Serve alongside the kidney beans and sliced avocado.
Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, if desired.

🍒Ingredients (Serves 1)
150–200ml tinned coconut milk or 150g natural yogurt (Greek or
dairy-free)
2 tbsp natural protein powder (whey or plant-based)
2 tsp xylitol (optional)
100g strawberries, chopped
100g blueberries
Small handful of mixed nuts

🥣Method
Add yogurt or coconut milk to a bow
Stir in protein powder until smooth and creamy.
Add xylitol if usin
Top with strawberries, blueberries, and mixed nuts.
Serve immediately
