🍫Craving something sweet but still need balance? Try this dark chocolate fruit bark...
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
100g dark chocolate (70%+ cocoa)
100g strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
Small handful almonds (whole or chopped)
👩🍳Method
Melt the dark chocolate gently (in a pan over a low/medium heat or
microwave).
Pour onto baking paper and spread into a thin layer.
Top with strawberries, kiwi, and almonds.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
Break into pieces and serve.
