What a beautiful evening of flow, creativity, and emotional release ✨
The space was filled with warmth, stillness, and gentle energy as we connected deeply to the Sacral Chakra — the centre of joy, sensuality and connection. 🌊

A huge thank you to everyone who joined and shared their light 🙏🏼

Sadly, next week’s Sound Bath will be cancelled due to a funeral taking place in the function room. Our healing love and thoughts are with the family during this time 🤍

We will journey on to the Solar Plexus Chakra 💛 — our centre of power, confidence and self-worth — on Thursday 13th November at Unsworth Cricket Club.

The chapel, built in 1801, retains some original features such as the organ, pulpit, and balcony. Its high ceilings and serene atmosphere create the perfect acoustics for sound healing, amplifying the soothing vibrations and allowing you to fully immerse yourself in deep relaxation.

I’ve had the absolute honour and privilege of spending the last two days 1:1 with the beautiful soul Nicole for her Reiki Level 1 teachings — a journey all about self-healing and reconnecting with your own inner light. 🌿💫

Her energy was so pure yet powerful, and it’s been such a joy to witness her embrace this sacred practice with such openness and grace.

We ended her journey with a final attunement in the forest, surrounded by nature — the gentle sounds of the earth and the stillness of the trees made the experience feel truly magical and deeply grounding. 🌲✨

Just a little note to let you know I’ll be away from tomorrow, Friday 7th – Thursday 17th October, taking a well-earned week in the West of Ireland 🇮🇪 — a mix of holiday, wellbeing time, time away with my husband, and a little retreat planning 🌊🧘🏼‍♀️ I am so excited to get back on this beach 💕🥰

WOW, what a beautiful evening, in this beautiful space, with beautiful people! ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined me for tonight’s Sound Bath at Worsley Coffee Co. — what a truly special experience it was to hold this session in such a stunning, historic space. 💫

The energy in the chapel under the Harvest Moon was so peaceful and grounding, and it was amazing to see everyone relax deeply and allow the sounds to wash over them. The combination of soothing vibrations, candlelight, and the stillness of the space created something really special. 🌙
