I absolutely love Reiki – it’s how my holistic journey began over 12 years ago! ✨
Today is a full day of Reiki sessions, which is rare with all the soundbaths and events I hold. But today I’m being guided back to my roots, and I couldn’t be more excited for the energy that comes today 🌳🙌🏼💟

As much as there is something soothing and cleansing about the rain, our instruments unfortunately don’t like getting wet 🌧🎶

✨ Yesterday was such a beautiful day ✨

I spent most of the day with my Reiki clients – holding space, sharing healing energy, and feeling so grateful for the work I get to do 💜

In between, I carved out some time to do some admin and plan future events (so many exciting things coming soon!).

Then my eldest son surprised me after work and brought home a stunning bouquet of lilies for me – such a heartwarming gesture 🌸

To round off the day, I met with the beautiful Julie Kendall at The Barn where we gave it a good clean and got everything prepared for our sold-out Sound Spirit and Soul event this Sunday 🕉️💫 The energy in there already feels so special, and we can’t wait to welcome you all.

Grateful heart, full spirit 🙏💖

✨️We’re back this Thursday 4th September another Outdoor Soundbath on Worsley Green 💟 (before the cold takes hold) 🍂🍁🍂

Together, Holistic Life Co and Laura Rose Holistics will be guiding you through a soothing sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, drum, chimes and more ✨️

The HorseBox will be open throughout the evening serving refreshments, cacao, and herbal teas to nourish your body and soul ☕️

This is a donation-based event

Children and pets are welcome and free!

💚 Heart Chakra Soundbath Journey 💚

Tomorrow evening we open and balance the Heart Chakra (Anahata) – the energy centre of love, compassion, forgiveness, grief, and emotional healing. 🌿✨

When the Heart Chakra is in harmony, we feel connected, open, and able to give and receive love freely. When blocked, we may experience sadness, grief, loneliness, or difficulty trusting. This soundbath invites you to gently release those blockages and allow more love and compassion to flow into your life. 💫

Last nights Walk and Talk for Wellness was just what we needed and we managed to stay dry 🙌🏼 we walked from The Barn down towards the Clough across and over to Kingfisher Lodge and then up and around the gardens and hall. We walked for around an hour and then went back to The Barn for a well deserved brew and biscuits.

Next month we will be setting off a little earlier at 6:30pm due to the nights drawing in. This is a free event for the community to get together whether you would like to meet new people, get out in to the open or just don’t want to be alone 💕💜
