This Thursday we move into the Sacral Chakra 🧡…
The space of emotion, creativity, pleasure and flow.

After grounding into our root, we begin to soften…
To open…
To feel.

Life can sometimes leave us feeling blocked, stuck or disconnected from ourselves…
This is your invitation to gently come back into flow.

This session is a space to let go of what feels heavy…
To soften into your body…
And allow energy to move freely again.

Through meditation, sound and gentle energy work, we’ll support the sacral chakra to rebalance and realign.

We’re starting our chakra journey once more…
Beginning where it all starts — with the Root Chakra ❤️

Join me this Thursday as we ground, reset and reconnect to our foundation.

The Root Chakra is our centre of safety, stability and support. When balanced, we feel secure, calm and anchored. When out of balance, we may feel unsettled, anxious or disconnected.

Through guided meditation, sound and gentle energy work, we’ll create space to release tension and come back into a deep sense of grounding and inner safety.

🌿 Receive & Release Retreat 🌿

Join myself, Julie and Robert Tweedie for this unforgettable afternoon retreat 🌿🧘🏻‍♀️🔮

We are looking forward to offering this special afternoon in the forest. Sometimes we all just need a few hours away from the busy pace of life to slow down, breathe and reconnect to ourselves.

We’ll be gathering at The Barn in Philips Park for a gentle retreat where you can relax, reset and open yourself to whatever guidance or healing you may need right now.

During the afternoon we’ll explore:

🌿 Forest Bathing – spending time in nature and grounding ourselves in the forest

🧘 Meditation – allowing the body and mind to soften and fully relax

✨ Past Life Regression – a guided journey to explore soul memories

🔮 Group Mediumship – creating space for messages and connection from loved ones in spirit

It will be a calm, supportive space where you can simply be, without any pressure or expectation.

There will also be refreshments and homemade soup provided so we can sit, chat and enjoy the afternoon together.

Yesterday marked Day 1 of our Reiki Level 1 training, shared with three wonderful ladies who connected so naturally and created such a beautiful, supportive energy together.

We began by exploring the history of Reiki, learning about its origins and the teachings passed down through the traditional Usui lineage. We spent time reflecting on the Reiki Principles and how these simple yet powerful words can guide us in everyday life.

The group were introduced to the hand positions used in Reiki, learning how this gentle practice can support balance and self-healing.

A truly special part of the day was when they received their first two Reiki attunements. It was a deeply moving experience to witness. Each of them felt the flow of energy in their own unique way, describing sensations of warmth, tingling and a deep sense of calm as the Reiki energy began to move through them.

Moments like these are always so beautiful to witness as a master — seeing students connect with Reiki for the very first time and begin to trust the energy flowing through them.

Today we move into Day 2, where the journey deepens.
There will be plenty of hands-on practice, allowing everyone to build confidence working with Reiki.

We will also explore the chakra system, the aura and our energetic bodies, developing a deeper understanding of how energy flows through and around us.

Most importantly, today is about experience, connection and trust — allowing Reiki to guide the practice as each person continues the first steps of their own self-healing journey.

It’s such a privilege to hold space for this light work and witness the beginning of each person’s Reiki path and then seeing where it takes them ✨🤍
