Morning folks 👋
Tonight (Sunday) I’ll be guiding a deep rest meditation on Zoom to support settling down and easing into sleep.
We’ve spoken quite a bit recently about sleep and busy minds, so this session is an invitation to slow everything right down, get cosy, and rest.
It will be a little different from a more traditional mindfulness practice, though mindfulness will still be woven through. I’ll be guiding a gentle body scan, calming breathwork, and safe space imagery, all designed to help the nervous system settle and make it easier to drift towards sleep.
There’s nothing to do and nowhere to get to. Just an invitation to lie down or sit comfortably and be guided.
I’ll also be recording the session.
