When you’re pushing your body, some discomfort can happen — but pain is information, not an obstacle to ignore.
👉 Here’s a simple rule we use with athletes:
If your pain rises above a 2/10, it’s time to adjust.
Not quit. Not push through. Just adapt your plan.
✔️ Slow the tempo
✔️ Reduce the load
✔️ Focus on quality of movement over intensity
✔️ Keep technique sharp and controlled
Remember: sustainable progress comes from respecting your body’s signals.
