💕What a lovely week it’s been 😊

🌱We had a really nice visit from Stubbins Primary School, they brought us some beautiful cards which we all loved.💖

🥰Yesterday we went out for an afternoon walk at Burrs Park, and our lovely Gordon did so well and really enjoyed it.😊

It was a bit windy, so we warmed up with a latte and a piece of cake ☕🍰

Some people popped in just for a browse… others came in and left with bags full of goodies 😄

And our lovely Margaret? She treated it like a full-day outing. Spending a good hour in there and has even got more to be delivered soon 🙈🤣🛍️

💛 We’ve been out and about enjoying Christ Church, Ramsbottom, a lovely pamper afternoon, and a trip to the cinema, plus a lunch we all really enjoyed 😊🥘🥧🥂

🚌 On our mystery trip, some chose to enjoy the nature and fresh air, while our lovely Peter fancied a Burger King... And of course, that’s exactly where we ended up! 😇🍔😄

💖 Yesterday we popped into B&Q to let residents help choose some patio furniture… and somehow came back with half the gardening section too 🌱😄

🥰 Today was just as lovely. Starting with our cheerful toddler group, then an afternoon split between Irish dancing for some and gardening for others. Sunshine, smiles, and muddy hands all around—just how we like it! 🥳☀️

🥳 What’s better than singing and spending your time with children and new people on a Monday? 🫶🏻

😊 We always try to start our week in the best way possible, and this morning we headed to The Bridgewater Hall for intergenerational music making (IMM-Music) 🥰

💕 We met some new people today, but through singing, clapping, and making music together, it felt like we had known each other forever 💛

We are already looking forward to our next visit! 🎶✨

🫶🏻 Afterwards, we popped into Scotties Cafe for coffee and cake. The staff were so lovely and made us feel very welcome ☕🍰 💕

Situated a few miles outside Bury, in the heart of the Lancashire countryside, Lavender Hills is a beautiful Victorian property that has been lovingly restored to combine period elegance with modern comfort, providing the highest standards of care for 44 elderly ladies and gentlemen.

The home is located close to the attractive market town of Ramsbottom and sits in over 12 acres of landscaped gardens, featuring a stunning 50ft waterfall and magnificent views overlooking the Rossendale Valley.

Lavender Hills provides a real home from home ambience, whilst also being fully equipped to provide residential care for a wide variety of needs. In recent years, the home has developed a reputation for excellence and the staff team continually strives to meet and exceed the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission.
