I was disturbed at today's press conference when our prime minister swerved the question why 1200 people had been visited by police this year re. social media "offences" and simply repeated his mantra on how we have championed free speech for centuries.

Well judging by the dead in the water migrants deal with France that's been evidenced this week Tony Blairs/ Gordon Sulky Brown's constitutional sabotage is bedding in...human rights minorities trumping majority and parliament means the country is virtually impossible to govern for any centre party...only a strong Left or Right party could "control" it....we seriously need radical reform before we sink...a leader with real courage!

Came across statement "variability of movement has the potential to increase health and wellbeing" and I have always found this to be true of yoga practice..try not to stick to the same sequence time after time..look for varied sequences and even modified versions of your favourite postures...

It's feelgood Sunday again. Come and join us for relaxing, atmosphere, fantastic company and shared good vibrations.
Some of you may have noticed we,ve cut back on out opening times as covid and two operations left us struggling. Even in the bust times we seriously over estimated the amount of crockery and kitchen equipment we would need. So we're hoping to create some space by selling a lot of this off. Here's an example of 20years of accumulation!

Yoga when practised in a mindful way is a great way to experience calmness in the mind and the body. Our Hatha and Yin yoga sessions are great for promoting sleep and calmness. Yin is great for those who have low energy or who take part in sports and other activieties that may cause some muscle tightening. Yoga can also be very helpful for arthritis, back pain, stiffness, anxiety, stress and panic, sleeplessness, low energy, asthma and much more.
