πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈThe next time you kick yourself for overreacting to something small, just stand back and have a look at the picture as a whole. Our tolerance for the small things decreases when we have lots of other things to carry. Once we start working on lightening the load, then dealing with everything else feels much easier.

Overreacting is not a personality fault. It’s a sign that we need to work on our mental health by listening to our needs and pushing them up the list of priorities. Which of your needs could do with being prioritised more?
