Today is about raising mental health awareness and each of us can make a contribution to ensure that people living with mental illness can be supported to live a better and happier life 🙏❤️
🌸Let us never take mental health lightly because it is most important to our overall well-being.
🌸What we need is peace of mind and peace of soul for a happy and healthy life.
🌸Stress, anxiety and depression, are caused by us ignoring who we are and living to please others. Do what makes you happy without needing validation from anyone else.
