Anyone else feeling the overwhelm of the eclipse season? 🌙

Eclipses can feel super intense like the ground is shifting beneath you.

Here are some grounding practices:
Surrender control – allow events to unfold instead of forcing outcomes.
Rest and nourish your body – sleep, hydration, and nervous system care are essential.
Stay mindful of conversations and decisions – eclipses can stir heightened emotions and reactivity.

Imagine a gentle golden light flowing down from above, filling your body and heart.

Say:
Even as the world shifts, I remain steady.
I release what is beyond my control.
I focus my energy on what is mine to carry.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale with a sigh, letting tension drain away.

Eclipse season can feel emotionally intense, like the universe is hitting the fast forward button on inner growth.
Emotions can swing dramatically
Eclipses speed up events, sometimes months of change happening in just a few weeks.
This can feel like whiplash, sudden breakups, breakthroughs, moves, or unexpected opportunities.
The nervous system struggles to keep up, leading to overwhelm and reactivity.

Whisper:

Fear, anger, anxiety & and other stuck energies often live in the body and the nervous system, not just in the mind, which is why trying to “think our way out” doesn’t always work.

Because anger is energy, a flood of energy in your nervous system that needs somewhere to go.

It's like having one foot on the accelerator and the other on the brake.

The key is moving the energy instead of pushing it down. A few effective ways to release this energy
Walking, running. Shaking your body.
Stand up and literally shake your arms, legs, shoulders. Animals shake after stress to discharge adrenaline & so humans can too.
Dance it out, until you feel a shift.
Throwing a heavy ball to the floor repeatedly or any weighted object that’s safe)can be very effective for moving stuck energy like fear, anger & anxiety.
Physically discharges adrenaline & tension.
Fear & anger activates the fight/flight system; throwing gives your body a safe “fight” outlet.
Stand with feet wide, inhale, then as you exhale throw the ball down with force.
Imagine the fear/anger leaving your body with each slam.
Repeat until you feel a shift (often 5–10 throws is enough).

It’s a primal, powerful practice — almost like giving your body permission to complete what fear once froze.

After having a few weeks in an All inclusive I think my liver needs a little cleanse. Giving your liver a little love can help you properly metabolize your hormones.
So I’m going to do a nutrition based cleanse which is a gentle way to support my liver’s natural detoxification.
The liver is already a powerful detox organ so nutrition can help it work optimally.
Adding in key nutrients through food will ensure your liver can thrive.

Avocados naturally protect and repair your liver.

Garlic and onions
~rich in sulfur compounds that help the liver process toxins.
Beets
~support bile flow and antioxidant protection.
Lemons and limes
~vitamin C and citric acid stimulate detox pathways.
Turmeric (with black pepper
~reduces inflammation and supports liver cell repair.
Green tea
~high in catechins, which support liver enzymes.
Berries
~blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, antioxidants that protect liver cells.

Liver Detox Recipe
Juice or grate the ginger and turmeric. If grating, squeeze through a fine mesh to get the liquid.
Juice the lemon and add it to the ginger-turmeric juice.
Add a pinch of black pepper (important for absorption).
Optional: olive oil/stir in raw honey if you want a milder taste.
Shake or stir well and drink immediately — ideally on an empty stomach in the morning to wake up bile flow.

Just one note: if you have a sensitive stomach or reflux, you may want to take the shot after a few sips of warm lemon water (or with a small piece of fruit) instead of completely empty stomach.

Here’s a Heart–Mind meditation✨
This meditation can restore balance between two powerful centers of our being: the head (thought, reason) and the heart (feeling, intuition).

When the heart and mind are aligned, choices come from both intuition and rational thought, leading to more balanced actions.

Many of us feel split between what we think we should do and what we feel is right.
This meditation unifies those two aspects, creating inner peace. It helps us think with more love and feel with more wisdom.

~Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Bring awareness to your breath. Let it flow naturally.
~Anchor in the Heart
Place one hand over your heart. Feel its rhythm, its warmth, its presence. With each inhale, imagine you are breathing directly into your heart. With each exhale, release any tension.
~Soften the Mind
Bring awareness to your mind—the space of thoughts, planning, and noise. Imagine a gentle stream of light flowing from your heart up toward your mind. With each breath, let this heart-light soften the mind.
~Unite Heart and Mind
Visualize a bridge forming between your heart and your mind. With every inhale, love and wisdom rise from the heart to the mind. With every exhale, clarity and insight flow from the mind to the heart.
~Repeat a Gentle Phrase (silently or aloud):
“May my heart guide my mind. May my mind serve my heart.”
~Rest in the stillness for a few breaths. When ready, open your eyes gently, carrying this unity into your day.

I’ve found when I’m feeling stressed doing this breathing technique has quickly helped me to calm my nervous system down.
The double inhale with a long exhale is a powerful, quick nervous system reset. It’s sometimes called the physiological sigh.

Here’s how it works:
~Double Inhale
~Take a deep breath in through your nose.
~At the top of that inhale, sneak in one more small sip of air (a second, shorter inhale).
~Long Exhale
~Slowly breathe out through your mouth, making the exhale longer than the inhale.
~If it helps, imagine you’re fogging up a window.

This pattern Triggers your parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest mode).Clears out carbon dioxide buildup.Is one of the fastest ways to calm anxiety or overwhelm.

A couple of rounds (2–3 breaths) are usually enough to feel a shift.
