This year’s Light up a Life, sponsored by Fred Hamer Funeral Services, will include two services, one at Bury Parish Church on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7.30pm and one at Bury Hospice on Sunday, December 7th at 4pm.
Running alongside the services is the hospice’s Light up a Life donation appeal, which will help us continue to deliver palliative and end-of-life care and support to patients and their families.
Sarah Baurley will be dedicating a light to her mum, Lynne Baurley who died in our Inpatient Unit last October. Sarah has two young children, Alfie and Elsie. This will be their second Christmas without her.
