Alison Park, one of the head judges of Strictly Best Foot Forward, came to a rehearsal to meet the contestants and impart some of her wisdom.

She said: "It was good to see real focus from all the Strictly contestants when I had the opportunity to join them at their weekly rehearsals.

"I love the dance styles that have been chosen, and with the exceptional tuition from the Strictly team, this year is certainly going to be an exciting and difficult strictly final to judge.

"Best of luck to all the contestants."

We are thrilled the event was sponsored by JD Sports, a fantastic global business that has its headquarters in Bury.
