Join us for a Next Steps Wellbeing Walk🌿

We’ll enjoy a gentle, scenic walk along the River Irwell with a short rest at Burrs before heading back. It’s a great chance to get some fresh air, chat, and connect.

Please bring:
👟 Comfy shoes
🧥 Weather-appropriate clothing
💧 Water bottle
🍎 Optional snack or packed lunch

Toilets available at the start and at the park.

✨🎨 A lovely day at Arts n Chats!
Every Wednesday at Bury Parish Church (11:30–13:00), we come together to create, connect, and chat. This week was full of colour, conversation, and community spirit. 💬🖌️
We welcome anyone in recovery, carers, family members, and friends supporting loved ones.
Come join us there’s always a seat at the table and something creative to explore! 💛

Looking for a space to connect, recharge, and feel supported? 🌟 Our weekly wellbeing activities are open to anyone aged 18+ whether you're in recovery, supporting someone who is, or simply part of the journey. No Fee, No booking, just come along and take part. Timetable below!

NB: Boxercise Class starts 4th Sep
Guided Yoga/Meditation starts 12th Sep

There'll be no Walk this coming Monday due to the Bank Holiday, but don't worry, we'll be back on Monday 1st September!
All other activities will carry on as normal from Tuesday.

Anything we successfully grow will be used to make tasty meals on site!

This week we trekked through Drinkwater Park in Prestwich . The scenery was spectacular ☀️🏞🌳☘️🌿. See if you can spot the sculpture 🗿!

Next Week we're walking on the Little Lever Canal walk 🚶‍♂️. Bring suitable footwear 🥾 and water🫗, cause it's bound to be a hot one 🥵.

Wellbeing walks are proven to boost sleep, mental health and relax the soul.
