🤩Small Steps, Big Smiles at Headway Salford!🤩

Our Blackburn-based physio, Rob Butterworth, dropped in to see how the brilliant members of Headway Salford were feeling after completing their month of movement for — and the smiles said it all! 😄

From rediscovering a love of swimming 🏊♀️ to daily sit-up challenges 💪, this group found creative ways to move more and feel stronger each week.

Rob was blown away by the positivity in the room and the group’s enthusiasm to share ideas for next year’s challenge already.
