These medications are prescription-only medicines and should only be prescribed following a full clinical assessment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Complications I have seen in emergency care include: • Severe dehydration
• Persistent vomiting and abdominal pain
• Pancreatitis
• Electrolyte imbalance
• Unsafe dosing and adverse reactions
• Delayed treatment of underlying medical conditions
