Medical Receptionist
📍 Ribblesdale Medical Practice
🕒 20 hours per week
Monday & Wednesday: 7:45am – 3:45pm
Tuesday: 7:45am – 12:45pm
Are you organised, approachable and calm under pressure? Do you thrive in a busy, people-focused environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team at Ribblesdale Medical Practice.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, handling appointments, managing enquiries, care navigation, supporting clinicians, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice reception.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
Strong IT and administrative skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous GP or healthcare reception experience desirable, but not essential
