👋 Meet Nate!

Nate joined Support for Independence in June 2021 and plays a key role working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

As part of our small but dedicated team, Nate ensures our Rehabilitation Support Workers have everything they need from the very start of their journey. She also leads on recruitment, carefully matching Support Workers with clients to create the best possible partnerships—helping staff bring out the very best in those they support.

With a passion for IT and technology, Nate is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes across the company.

💡 Fun fact: Nate was named after lyrics from the artist Prince! 🎶

Susan joined Rehabilitation for Independence in 2016 as an Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor. She brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her role, helping clients achieve their goals with compassion and dedication.

Her role is split between our Sensory Team, delivering interventions for children and young people, and our Litigation Neurology Team, supporting individuals with complex neurological injuries.

We’re proud to have Susan as part of our team.
