💤 Sit or lie down comfortably.
💫 Place your hands over your stomach.

Release tension or refresh your mind at your desk with these quick Reiki-inspired resets — they take less than 2 minutes:

Hand on Heart – Close your eyes, rest one hand over your heart, and take three deep breaths. Feel your heartbeat slow.

Energy Sweep – Imagine brushing away the static from your shoulders and neck. Breathe out the tension.

Grounding Breath – Place both feet flat on the floor and imagine roots growing deep into the earth. Feel steady again.

Sometimes no reason is the best reason to have Reiki 🙂

Reiki isn’t just for when you’re struggling - it’s a wonderful way to maintain balance and look after your wellbeing long-term.

Think of it as emotional and energetic self-care - it helps to keep you balanced.

Regular Reiki can support better sleep, calmer moods, sharper focus. And clients often tell me how they’ve seen colours, feel heat or a sense of release as they build a stronger connection with what their body and soul need 💛

Would you like to let go of some of the emotional baggage that’s weighing you down? We carry so much in our hearts - grief, fear, self-doubt, old wounds. We don’t always want to talk about our hurts but we still need to find a way of releasing them.

With Reiki you don’t have to relive painful memories or explain everything. Reiki works on an energetic level, helping to clear emotional blockages and bring balance to the heart chakra.

I feel truly privileged to see clients releasing painful emotions and leaving feeling lighter and happier. And all without a word having been spoken.

Sometimes it can be impossible to escape pain. Some aches and pains have a way of taking over your life and being physically and emotionally draining.
