💛 A Comment That Truly Made My Day 💛

Every now and then, something happens that reminds you exactly why you do what you do.

This week, at the end of their Reiki session, a client looked at me, and simply said…

✨ “Thank you for what you do.” ✨

Such a short sentence — but it warmed my heart more than they could ever know.

Reiki is something I’m passionate about because I see the difference it makes.
To know that someone felt supported, cared for, and uplifted enough to say those words… it’s incredibly meaningful.

So today, I’m feeling grateful - for the people who trust me, for the healing moments we share, and for these little reminders that the work does make a difference.

Thank you to everyone who invites me to be part of their wellbeing journey.

It truly is an honour. 💛✨

🎄✨ Finding Calm in the Christmas Chaos ✨🎄

As we head towards Christmas, is life starting to feel a little intense?

Are you like me with the to-do lists getting longer, the days getting shorter, and desperately trying to juggle work, family, shopping, planning, emotions - all at once?

If you're feeling the pressure building - there’s a way to find pockets of calm, even in the middle of the ‘busyness’.

🌿 Here’s a simple technique you can use anytime:
Hand-Over-Heart Breathing
Place one hand over your heart.
Take a slow breath in for a count of 4.
Exhale even more slowly for a count of 6.
Repeat 5–7 times.

This does two powerful things:
✨ It signals your nervous system to switch out of stress mode.
✨ It brings you back into your body, into the present moment.

It takes less than a minute, and you can do it in the car, in the bathroom, in bed, or while hiding from wrapping paper.

And if you want a deeper way to stay grounded through December, Reiki is a beautiful tool for calming the mind and soothing the overwhelm — naturally and gently.

Would you love to be able to calm your mind, manage your emotions, and ease physical pain using nothing more than your own hands?

I’ve been using Reiki for over 20 years now, and honestly, it’s been one of the most grounding, supportive tools in my life. Lately I’ve felt a real pull to share it more widely… but this is something completely new that‘s just a little bit scary.

So I need a little help. 💛

I’m putting together a brand-new Reiki training programme, and before I officially launch it, I’d love 5 people to test it with me. Your feedback would be invaluable in helping me shape the course so it’s the best it can possibly be.

And because you’d be doing me such a huge favour, I’m saying thank you in a big way:
✨ The course will eventually cost £100, but my 5 volunteers can join for just £30 for a gift they can use for a lifetime.

We’ll meet online over 4 weeks, starting Sunday 11 January, for a 3–4 hour session each week. By the end, you’ll have completed your full Reiki 1 training and attunement — and you’ll be able to treat yourself and others.

💤 Sit or lie down comfortably.
💫 Place your hands over your stomach.

Release tension or refresh your mind at your desk with these quick Reiki-inspired resets — they take less than 2 minutes:

Hand on Heart – Close your eyes, rest one hand over your heart, and take three deep breaths. Feel your heartbeat slow.

Energy Sweep – Imagine brushing away the static from your shoulders and neck. Breathe out the tension.

Grounding Breath – Place both feet flat on the floor and imagine roots growing deep into the earth. Feel steady again.
