Sometimes it can be impossible to escape pain. Some aches and pains have a way of taking over your life and being physically and emotionally draining.

Did you know that Reiki offers gentle, non-invasive relief by helping the body relax deeply and encouraging natural healing processes. Whether it's back pain, headaches or tension in the shoulders, Reiki can soothe those areas by calming the nervous system and boosting circulation.

Today I’m wondering if you have a daily wellness habit?

A few years ago a friend suggested that I should start a gratitude journal 📔 At first I was sceptical, especially as I was not in a great place mentally and emotionally.

But 3 years on I can truly say I have embraced gratitude and it’s become a daily habit. Along the way I’ve surprised myself with how I can find things to be grateful for even on the bleakest of days 🙏 And I've been amazed at how it's benefited my mental health.
