I have the power to choose how I see the world. I have a strong desire to help others and be successful myself. The best way that I can help others is to become the best version of myself. I commit that I will put my efforts into empowering others to be the best version of themselves too. I seek out opportunities to share this knowledge and to teach others to actively apply this knowledge to lead a full and healthy life, living on and in purpose.

Interesting article on Loose Women this afternoon.

The power of no.

Do you find it hard to say no?

I honestly used to have great difficulty in saying no to people and things I really didn't want to do. Classic people pleasing.

However, now I'm older and wiser! Saying no to things, frees you up to say yes to someone or something you really feel aligned to.

So if it's not a HELL YES, then it has to be a HELL NO!
