I said I wouldn’t moan, that lasted oh 2 minutes, I have been sitting in this chair for more hours than I care to mention!
I have taken the cold cap off because it was agony! Bye bye hair then, I have been pumped with the best poison! And thank you to my chemo partner who has been watching me puke for one reason or another for over 3 decades!! Johnathon Beck I would be a little lost without you!! 🙏 and walking home, hi is fast asleep I’m sure it should me me! 😂. Count your blessings, check your b***s, and if you don’t feel well trust yourself and advocate for your own health!!! 🙏❤️❤️ 1 down 5 to go….. urghhhhhhhh
P.S. I am strong but so is everyone when they have no place to go! And when life gives you a lemon tree, build an orange one next to it!! Talking s@ from all the meds best go before well…….

A much needed break, what a year! I am alive and happy, although I’m still in shock and unraveling the last years events! I still have 2 operations to go, but for now I will celebrate being cancer free in 23 ❤️❤️

The hair is back, it’s curly I look like a microphone! It’s growing up I can’t wear a hairband because the back stick up and looks weird! I hate wearing wigs, it’s like wearing a bra I can’t wait to get it off! I am not moaning I am forever grateful it’s coming back but WTF should I do with it 🤦‍♀️♥️♥️ suggestions please!

I realised 1. I’m not a great photographer and 2. I don’t take enough photos. But this happened last night, I climbed the 02, I hate heights, like really get freaked out, so I decided to challenge myself and face it, because tbh nothing will ever scare me as much as hearing you have Triple Negative breast cancer.

I am so proud of myself, I wasn’t scared because I kept my head out of it and concentrated on the task at hand, the views were great and not scary at all! I wanted to feel alive, so take that trip climb that building and push yourself out of your comfort zone..

Amazing what a change of scenery can do for your soul! I have never needed a break so much, I am back reinvigorated, healthy and strong and so excited for the future ♥️.

I have reevaluated my work, and have now started back where I left off. Before I was diagnosed I had just started to do readings and working with my gifts.
My work with spirit to bring messages from loved ones to anyone suffering is at the forefront of my work together with with hands on healing. This comes very naturally to me, it doesn’t feel like work.

I am still working as an NT but now only offering 6 week coaching sessions.

There are so many feathers 🪶 to my bow that I’m bringing them all together for the ultimate healing experience!!
